147. Gratonada in Another Manner. Take a rabbit cut into pieces, and then fry it in lard; and after it is well fried, cast it in a pot; and cast in the broth of the pot; and then having well boiled [the rabbit] with it, take a little parsley, and cloves, and saffron, and pepper, and a crustless piece of bread, and grind everything together; and cast egg yolks into the mortar, and grind it all together; and then cast it within [the pot]; and cast in your taste of vinegar; and cook it a little until it thickens, and remove it.
