To make venegur manede. Take a gad of stele I wot in dede. In strong venegur þou schalt hit seke ix sythes in venegur, þerof þou reke, A bere with þe hete hit þou may, And in goode wyne sleck hit I say. Hit shalle be venegur I wot hit wele, To serve at a tym at fest or mele. And rosted benes, þat steped han bene, Goode wyne schalle turne to venegur be dene.
