134 A pastry with cream. Take three quarts of cream and three eggs, beat it well, put sugar and cinnamon therein, put it in a pot, uncovered, take a pastry pan. And cook an ounce and a half of peas, grate almonds into it, put clarified butter therein and put it into the pot.
