Take gode erbes and grynde hem smale with wallenotys y pyked clene a grete porcioun. lye hit up almost with as muche verjous as water. seeth hit wel with poudour & safroun with oute salt, make a crust in a traup & do fysche ther inne unstewed with a litul oyle & gode poudour. whan hit ys half y bake do this ewe therto and bake hit up. If thou wolt make make hit clere of fysche; seeth ayroun harde & take out the yolkes & grynd hem with gode poudours & alye hit up with the good stues and serve hit forth.
