Loock For cod

Loock for cod. Take bread that is softened in the broth of the fish. Then take garlic and take also some of the liver and grind it together then pass it through a sieve with the broth of the same fish and add salt. Then serve it in sauce dishes. One also makes loock for fresh beef in this way and where one takes fish broth here, there one should take meat broth.
