For a sauce for rabbit or fat hens. Take rabbits or chickens and cut them in pieces. Then you shall lard each piece once or twice. Then set it to boil in a pot with meat broth. After that take ginger, cinnamon, cloves and grains of paradise with verjuice and some salt.
