To make sluperkens or roffioelen of marrow. Take marrow the way one cuts it out of beef bones from shanks; take it all out. To this take white sugar, ginger powder with cinnamon and mix it together. One lays this in dough like roffioelen and lets it bake just a little in the oven. And then one serves it with the first dishes.
