Salt lomprey in galentyne. Yt schal be stoppit ouer nyt in lewe water & in braan, & flawe, & sodyn. & pyl onyons & seþ hem & ley hem al hol by þe lomprey, & if hem forþe wyþ galentyne makyþ wyþ strong wyneger & wyþ paryng of wyt bred, & boyle it al togedere & serue yt forþe.
