Fruturs. Tak crommys of wyte bred & þe | flowris of þe swete appyl tre and olkys of eggys, and bray hem togedere in a morter, and temper it vp wyþ wyte wyn and make yt to seþe. & wan yt ys þykke do þereto god spicis of gyngeuer, galyngale, canel, and clowys gelofre, and serue yt forþ.
