To bake a Neatstung. Seeth your Neats tung very tender and slice it diamond slices, wash it with vergious, season it with Pepper and salt, sinamon and ginger, then lay it into your coffin with Corance, whole Mace, Onions being very small minced, with Marow or else very sweet butter, some Sugar & some dates being very small minced, and put therein some vergious.
