An other to stue a Neats foot. Boyle the Onions in Muscadell: and put therinto a fewe Corance, whole pepper and cloves: then put in your Neats foot and boyle it tender and season it with a good peece of butter, and when they be well boyled, lay them upon sops and cast about your dish sides a little pouder of Ginger.
