Tartes of Eglentine berries. Take the berries and picke out al the white within them, and boyle them very tender in faire water, and when they be almost sod dry, put therin wine, and three or foure Apples, and straine them, season them with sugar, sinamon and ginger, so make a Tart without a cover.
