Another Variety of It. Make a filling of almonds and coarse sugar, without putting in any spices or roots but only rosewater and camphor so that it remains white. Then make little round flatbreads of the described dough and put on this filling another little round flatbread. Fold over the edges and pinch with a ka'k press so that it sticks, then fry it gently in oil, and place it in rose syrup.
