Recipe For Maqlû

Recipe for Maqlû. Take fat, tender mutton, cut it and put it in an earthenware pot. Cook it a little and then pour in fresh milk and leave it until it is done. Then put with it mild cow's or sheep's milk cheese and a lot of butter. Cook it until it sticks together and fry it until its fat spreads.
