Another Dish, Covered with Pistachio. Put the chicken meat in the pot and put with it all you did before, spices, meatballs, and eggs; cover with rosewater, Chinese cinnamon, spikenard and ground pistachio, egg and fine breadcrumbs; dish up and serve.
