A Dish Made in Winter for Those with Cold Illnesses. Take fat young meat and put in a pot, and put with it murri, oil, salt, pepper, galingale, cinnamon, an onion pounded with cilantro and pounded peeled almonds, walnuts and pistachios, and cook until done. Take the yolks of ten eggs and beat with a like amount of honey and throw on them lavender, cloves and saffron, and cover [the contents of the pot] with them, and ladle out, God willing.
