pepper Sauce For fish

A very good pepper sauce for fish. Take /lˆtig/ (big?) grapes and dried slices of black bread, and take 1/2 lb grapes and pound the grapes and the bread together. Pass it through a cloth with the best wine and add good spices; nutmeg, cloves, sugar, cinnamon.
