Menu - Grand Tournament of the Unicorn

This was simple picnic lunch for the royalty. All the dishes turned out well and were well received, in spite of the fact that it was a cold lunch served on a very very cold day. One big regret is that I didn't have a chance to take photos of the lunch (I was too busy helping my apprentice with the evening's feast)./em>
